David Pieris Group has signed an agreement with Ceyon Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. to introduce a new Learning Management System (LMS) across the Group, marking an important step towards creating a more accessible and engaging digital learning experience for employees.

The LMS Agreement Signing & Kick-off Session held today brought together key representatives from DPG and Ceyon Technologies to officially commence this initiative. The new platform is expected to provide employees with greater access to learning and development opportunities through a more convenient and technology-enabled approach.

The LMS is expected to be ready for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within eight weeks. Following the successful completion of the UAT, DPG will proceed with the Proof of Concept (PoC) phase.

This initiative reflects DPG’s continued commitment to strengthening employee learning and development by embracing digital solutions and creating a more flexible learning environment across the Group.

The introduction of the LMS is expected to enhance the way employees access, engage with and benefit from learning opportunities, supporting continuous professional development and a culture of lifelong learning across DPG.
